Work from weeks 2-5 consisted mainly of making copies of a rock found in Hyde Park in silicon, resin, wax, plaster, jelly.
I wanted to use a rock because its free, accessible, natural and common.
Originally, I wanted to use it to test materials and to learn how to cast.
However, now I'm recognising that maybe the interest lies in what I use the rock for (i'm not sure what this will be though yet).
